Boston College Basketball Picked 11th in ACC

The Eagles have been selected to finish 11th in the conference by the ACC media. Rice was a unanimous 1st team pick. This pre season ranking does not surprise me one bit. Skinner's squads are usually overlooked and we are still, for the most part, a very young team. I expect BC to finish somewhere in the middle of the pack in the conference, giving us a pretty realistic shot at post season play.

I would have liked to see Rice picked as pre season player of the year, but naturally UNC's Hansborough was chosen. I think Rice is hands down the single best player in the conference. There are few players, if any, in the nation that can match his natural scoring ability.
