I applied and was accepted into Boston College Early Action. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I also had to apply for financial aid early. I missed all the Early Action financial aid deadlines. However, there are still the Regular Decision dealines, which I can make. Can I apply for financial aid still even though I already got in?

yes usually the early action financial aid deadline is just if you want to know at the time of your acceptance. as long as you submit your paperwork by the regular deadline you’ll be fine, you’ll just have to wait till the regular decisions come out to find out what your financial aid is.
Yes Go for it.
